using MCRIB-S atlas for dhcp data #11

Hello, I hope this message finds you well.I am writing to inquire about the possibility of utilizing a specific part of MCRIB-S pipeline for analyzing dhcp dataset I have access to .I would like to bring your attention to an issue I have encountered in using MCRIBS atlas. In my master thesis , I am working with the dhcp third-relesed dataset. dhcp group released the inflated surface and I align it to 40 week template so I don't want to use the whole pipeline because I just need to use the last part of the pipeline in order to use MCRIBS atlas. Is it possible to use just the parcellation part of the pipline ?

Apologies for the long delay. So you want to use the dHCP surfaces and use the MCRIBS post surface pipeline?

I have the features that are extracted for the dhcp and I have aligned them to 40 week template I want to use your pipeline to parcellate the aligned data to 40 week old base on MCRIB-s parcellation
