Make selection of isotropic plane for dicom slicing more robust. #4

Round the spacing to 6 decimal places before detecting the isotropic plane. The original dimensions are written to dicom. Brainlab allows a tolerance and appears OK with 6 decimal places. The choice of 6 corresponds to about what fsl displays.
