docs: fix regex for eslint #45

The regex in the README matches all file paths (due to the empty space between ||).

For what it's worth, I don't really think the change to this regex is necessary. The default test of /\.(js|vue)$/ isn't even going to match .svg files... I question why @derevandal even submitted #34, I don't think he was solving what he thinks he solved.
