Bot sometimes shows period.high and period.low in API at the same time and thus the bot takes wrong decisions #2656

Hi there,

As you can see, I get sometimes two decicion-points to my bot at the same time. Here both at 19:10:00. And I am not sure if I am an idiot, or this is a bug.

I am forwardlooking to any kind of help :D

I am using WSL on Windows 10/Ubuntu 18.1 I allocate 10 gigs of ram to the bot and if you need any further informations just ask me I am happy to provide.
