Added to the console output the initial and end prices used to calculate the Buy and Hold performance.

See the second line: end balance: 98.67942776 (-1.33%) buy hold: 107.44435089 (7.44%) (from 8813.26 to 9469.35) vs. buy hold: -8.16% 7 trades over 34 days (avg 0.20 trades/day) win/loss: 2/2
