latest nightly (2020-04-28)

additional switches not working anymore.
screen brightness is inverted (10 is off, off is brightest) Version from https://www.deviationtx.com/forum/builds/6407-deviation-v5-0-0-build-with-latest-protocols?start=480#75332 is just fine

plus USB drive speed very slow, as is on Devo12e, Ultimate 7e and Devo 10.
