Structure code into modules that can be reusable year to year

We should have a solid working code base w/ proper structure that includes drivetrain, feed forward/back, etc that can be reused from season to season. We should include hooks and examples on how to add debug information to the shuffleboard, alert window, etc so that we have a consistent development, testing, debug, and driver experience.
