The following changes were made
Added gripper safety auto close on all Arm commands using new ArmSafety abstract class
Gripper safety auto close will close the gripper
before
sending the next down() command
Removed AutoScore routine because it is unreliable and possibly dangerous
Removed PrepareForScoring because it is redundant with the ArmToPosition(TOP, MID, LOW) commands
Fixed ArmMoveDistance isFinished race condition to handle possible encoder reading overshoot
