Changing the script to recreate the dev build should ensure these dates will reflect the actual development build release time:

The attached source code will also be refreshed accordingly, actually matching the source code used for the built executables.

Somehow, somewhat, I managed to make it work and it didn't end up exploding and burning the entire repository down.
