Issue occurs with DDa 3.0e, DDi 4.0, DDx 4.0
New, clean save. Papyrus log will be uploaded if requested.
If you equip an NPC in a armbinder, elbowbinder, or yoke they will play their bound animation and correctly sandbox until you leave the area. Upon reentering their area they will still be wearing the device but no longer in a restrained animation, they will also go back to regular sandboxing (sitting, eating, drinking, ect.)
Alternatively, if an NPC is spawned outside of your area (such as through Deviously Cursed Loot) they will not be restrained or sandboxing when you encounter them.
This behavior will be the same when loading a previous save (if you had not left that area the NPC will be bound correctly, otherwise the restraint animation/sandbox will not play.)
