Improve Tag UI by Adding Spacing, Clickable Chips, and Search Functionality #17

Description: The current design of the tags under the search box lacks interactivity and usability. The tags appear closely spaced and do not have a clear visual indication that they are clickable. Additionally, clicking on the tags does not trigger any functionality, which can lead to a suboptimal user experience.
