Improved Tag UI by Adding Spacing, Clickable Chips, and Search and Clear Functionality #18

I have made these changes:

  1. Enabled tag click functionality: Clicking on a tag now automatically fills the search box with the corresponding tag value and triggers the search.
  2. Added a clear button to reset the search box and remove any selected tags, allowing users to easily start a new search.
  3. Increased spacing between tags for better readability and distinctiveness.
  4. Updated tag styling to resemble clickable chips, providing a clearer indication of interactivity.
  5. Added hover effects that change the background color and add subtle shadows to give visual feedback when users interact with the tags.

All changes have been tested to ensure proper functionality and usability. Please review the enhancements and provide feedback.
