use pip-compile + requirements.in for better dependency management #71

hey @Mayukhdeb can u assign this issue to me?..for generating requirements.txt file, we can use this command pip freeze < requiremnst.txt

u need to update this from pip-compile setup.py to pip-compile requirements.in I think this complete issue?I would like to work on this issue
