[2021] Add LinkedIn Learning to Sites & Courses question #54

LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com) has a large library of courses on JavaScript with hundreds of thousands of active learners. It should be added as an option in the Sites & Courses section.

Sorry for forgetting about this, it wasn't a deliberate decision. Between the fairly large size of the survey and the many domains covered, plus the fact I was rushing to get it out, plus github issues being spread around many repos, some things just slipped through the cracks :(
