Idea: Provide more survey context upfront

Some things that would have helped me when engaging with the survey would have been:

• What is the intention or goals of the survey? (this becomes even more important for new devs, first timers, or people unfamiliar with the css community)
• What is the impact of the results?
• Who is reading the results of the survey?
• Does this information inform the community, standards organizations, developers, tool implementers, etc?

What would the survey look like if there was a "Before you start" page that provided some initial context? Additionally, the content of the FAQ is small, would it be more approachable if it wasn't hidden in an accordion?

• A short paragraph and a link would be plenty. I actually wasn't aware of the page and a lot of the context was important.

The self-funded part surprised me.

I think it would make sense to have a small paragraph, especially the part about implementors using the results to inform next steps is very important and should not be buried in an about page.
