Inspiration for this can come from Wikipedia, StackOverflow and Mozilla. Also read Octalysis: http://yukaichou.com/gamification-examples/octalysis-complete-gamification-framework/

This is closely related to the work on discussion board, which is scheduled for V1.0.

Public profile page: show the areas/tags in which the user has contributed. Sort of an expert in that area.
