[OPS] Add badges and screen shots to README #100

As an OpenDORA Github project contributor

I would like to see the current test status and coverage of the packages

So that I can improve software quality where needed.

As an OpenDORA user/implementor

I would like to see the test coverage and example demonstration of the software

So that I can make an informed decision on if I should install the plugin.

Also add logo for Backstage marketplace. Discuss with the team on the logo.
