I think I've done this correctly, but please double check.

From prior:

Just realized -- needs a version update in the pom for preserved compatibilities.

Probably 3.10.0 would be best. Reserve 4.0.0 for MC 1.13, assuming big changes ... otherwise 3.11.0 for mc1.13
