Minecraft plugin that limits plant growth and animal reproduction to their naturally occuring biomes, or reasonable ones for plants that do not occur naturally. Built for Spigot 1.10
From 1.13+ Mojang have moved plants to hold the ageable block at the tip of the plant and have all blocks below it be of a different material. Currently RB does not handle that so work to be done on possible a new grower & PlantLogicManager to account for this
