Add page with attributions #51

We often need to give attributions to various FOSS resources we are using.

As mentioned in #25 we should create a page with acknowledgements. It can be either done according to new sketch or just done in some way that allows it to be adjusted during redesign.

Until it is done, this issue can also serve as place to collect the list of all the acknowledgements that need to be made.

In #30 we need an icon for that link.

It will be https://fontawesome.com/icons/code?style=solid, it requires attribution
