Error [ERR_PACKAGE_PATH_NOT_EXPORTED]: Package subpath './lib/tokenize' is not defined by "exports" #20

I've purchased the "React Bootstrap Contrast PRO Library + PRO Admin Template". I followed the instruction on properly importing the Admin Template, but upon starting the project, an error pertaining to a './lib/tokenize' keeps error appearing. See attached file.
