Missing devices. #116

I have added 2 Homewizard Energy Sockets to the room I have assigned to DZGA. Unfortunately, I don't see it in the device overview in DZGA itself after "Sync Devices". Of the total of 21 devices in the used room, I only see 16 in DZGA. So I'm missing 5 of them, 2 of which are the ones from the Homewizard. The ones from Homewizard are the most important to me. Can this be fixed and how?

Are you using a specific user? Are you using a specific room plan?

Check if the device are added to room plan and DZGA user

Thanks for your comment. I use the same room plan and user with devices that are already working there. Of course, DZGA devices are also synchronized. In the room plan I have 25 devices. In DZGA I only see 16 of them. The devices I would like to have with it work under Zigbee. I already have working devices here.
