How do palettes work? #18

It seems like they source colors from images... is adding a new palette as simple as adding a new image?

Can I map a specific palette to a specific effect? Or ask for a specific palette to be used?

Palettes are pregenerated from images. Add a new image to client/python/palettes/images and then run client/python/palettes/adaptive_experiment.py to build a new palettes.py. This definitely needs some cleanup and documentation, it was written in the Denver airport after I missed my connection.

There is no automatic pairing of palettes to effects but you can change palettes with an OSC message.
