June documentation update #161

todo list from may:

[x] add grid legends for remaining modules
[x] add download links for grid legends and quickstart patches
[x] add an additional teletype quick start focused on code editing (no triggers no grid)
[x] do a pass on headings/flow/etc.
[x] eliminate redundant info from README, redirect to docs site

@dndrks I did a round of significant doc updates and edits. the private todo list I wrote for myself and meant to share earlier is above in the PR description. I think I've covered everything I wanted to do in this pass, feel free to suggest additional changes or enhancements!
