Support source customization #3

Some possibilities:

  1. allow the stream to be renamed?
  2. allow scripts to create additional arbitrary streams from offscreen buffers?
  3. allow the script UI and menu UI to be sent as separate streams?

"allow scripts to create additional NDI streams from offscreen image buffers" is now implemented in v0.2.
