Need to introduce plugin interface

Probably at least two different plugin points:

3D scene:

• void initialize(domeinfo)
  • domeinfo contains info about height and radius of dome, centered at origin
  • set up vbos, shaders, etc. if necessary
• void renderScene(opengl context, frame number)
  • use OpenGL functions to create scene
  • called 2-6 times per frame to create environment map.
• void destroy()
  • free any resources

2D video:

• void initialize(domeinfo)
• void renderFrame(OpenGL context, frame number)
  • use OpenGL functions to write to texture 0
• void destroy()

3D plugin interface landed, with test plugin for Sway smartphone interaction. cb23d03f

We don't really need a 2D plugin interface on OSX because we have Syphon. May re-evaluate when we have a Windows build.
