Rough plan:

Sway devicemotion to OSC -> target cursor
Sway touch event -> fire button
Radome plugin to generate missiles/cities, handle hit detection
Missile management: will probably need to update/draw 1000s of missles, be efficient.
Origin of enemy missiles needs to be high, but not at dome zenith point. Add circle of clouds etc. to dome center.

Still a great idea, but this should go on a VB brainstorming board, not a Radome issue.
