Principally this PR updates the PM-EventsTable.ipynb and the distalEventsTable.ipynb with the option to automatically pad the json files. In addition, the line plots in reEventsTable.ipynb are converted to bar plots and the option to specify the time_index_ordinate in distalEventsTable.ipynb is removed.
