Current format of ETL for top storm retrieval and DSS conversion relies upon user submitting paths to local JSON input, but the records folder showing example records and the schema enforcing the structure of the records have been deleted

Solution:

Refactor code to take in individual parameters instead of JSON path

This also applies to non-plugin write_aorc_zarr_to_dss.py which takes JSON input referencing deleted schemas and records folders
