"Save Changes" button not appearing #12

The "Save Changes" button does not show up for some users on version >= 0.04a I am unable to reproduce this issue locally.

@MerijnHendriks I would appreciate if you could take a look at this. The issue seems to have originated from the migration to .NET 5.0

Update: I've been told that running the executable in Windows 8 compatibility mode resolves the issue. I'm not sure what to make of this, as no such compatibility mode is needed on my system. (Windows 10 Version 2004)
