Hair color change issue #55

Hi,

I'm using the last version of the mod "(A) Save Editor (Project CyberCAT-SimpleGUI) v0.09a_r3".

When I change the Hair color option, from 2 to 15 for exemple, it doesn't change in the game. Hair type, facial tattoo etc works, but not hair color.

Thats all for the feedback, if you have any question, I can anwser it.

I have the same problem - all other appearance choices are reflected in game, but hair colour is not. Oddly, the correct hair colour displayed when I looked in the mirror in Sunset Motel. Happy to provide data etc.
