The target platform file maven.target (in setup/com.dexels.target), created from maven.template, contains a reference to an "Equinox 4.9" P2 repository (stored on repo.dexels.com in /var/www/html/repo/eclipse, which is getting old, and should be replaced by "Equinox 4.16".
Note:
Externally accessible as "http://p2.dexels.com/eclipse/equinox_4.9/".
"Equinox 4.16" is already present on repo.dexels.com.
