No warning when duplicate name added #4

There should be a duplicate name warning when a duplicate name is added, as a TA may make a mistake in other parameters when inputting a name

Hi, We allow duplicate names as in an educational setting its natural to have a few people in the same class with the same names.

We also require 3 unique identifiers in the email, phone number as well as the student ID, so if any duplicate name is added wrongly, it should be extremely easy to rectify the mistake as the names are sorted alphabetically and the wrong entry will appear right below/above to the right one.
