The Pi3 files are meant only for Jessie and are for BrickPi+ Since we are dropping BrickPi+ support from R4F/Stretch in order to keep bluetooth, we shouldn't run those scripts. Also, Geany changed from Jessie to Stretch, so the Geany Setup is not relevant on Stretch.
