The Appveyor VM is crying about not enough storage error when using IPv6 link-local to open a PSRemoting session to itself.

Next step would be to drop into this VM and debug this interactively. Surprisingly I am getting an access denied on a Server 2016 VM on my test setup. Something fishy?
