Error when extracting embedding.zip #2

Dear,

Thank you for your compelling work in this paper. I downloaded and tried to extract "embedding.zip" as structural embeddings here but got into an extracting problem as below. image As a consequence, vec-new.npy files are missing in “dbp_wd_100”, “dbp_yg_100”, “mul” folders.

Could you please take a look to fix it? Thanks a lot!

Hi, thanks for your interest in our work! I checked the file, and at the end of the extraction there would be the error, while the vec-new file still can be found in the mul folder. As for “dbp_wd_100”, “dbp_yg_100”, we did not provide the vec-new file as we only experiment with GCN. You may generate such file by using rrea model.

Let me know if you still cannot obtain the vec-new file under mul. Thanks.
