  1. overlay over Place Order or the orderbook (Take Order) that displays when 1) user is not authenticated 2) user has not approved the exchange 3) user has no funds deposited
  2. fixed a bug on isMine indicator on orders
  3. search bar label updated to show that you can paste tokens
  4. other minor fixes
