I understand this might not be applicable as it's only used by accountants in Australia.

MYOB releases monthly updates for MYOB AccountRight MSI at https://www.myob.com/au/support/downloads

MSI can be executed as per user (Installs to %appdata%) or Machine Wide via

msiexec /i "name.msi" ALLUSERS=1
