Can you please add some instructions on how to train a new network? Specifically I would like to train or apply the trained network to degree centrality 3D data! (nii.gz) Thanks.

Thanks for your attention. I will consider updating the project instructions in the near future. By the way, this work was inspired by a previous article published in Nature Machine Intelligence (doi.org/10.1038/s42256-020-00270-2). I hope it will be helpful.
