Option to change the prefix of the cache file #307

Currently you have provided an option to change the suffix of the cache file 
"FILE_CACHE_SUFFIX". Similarly can you please provide option to change the 
prefix. I can make the change for my requirement. However, it will help if you 
provide an option to change it. so that, i can declare the same in config file 
and it won't affect when I upgrade timthumb script.

Please consider my request.
