Deleted Images thumbnail keeps coming back #350

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Delete an Image in Post
2. Update the post
3. View updated Post

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Image thumbnail is expected to remain deleted however, thumbnail remains.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

The thumbnails are cached. You need to clear the cache for the image to be 
deleted. Deleting the image inside WordPress won't delete the cache.
