Add a pkgdown website #10

See the pkgdown documentation for how to do this. This should be automatically deployed to GitHub Pages using GitHub Actions

I've completed this and it's live on gihub pages.

I think I've sorted out the automatic update of the page as well when a new commit is pushed but this should be only on main?
