This adds the default theme used in the AFM package. I've called this theme_nimbus() (thank you, GPT-3) - I think it makes sense not to name things after DfE-specific projects. However, in a perfect world it'd be nice if different teams all had a theme they stuck to by convention. Theoretically, I suppose this would be the one for the forecasting team.
