Recover from an unfinished task

What do you want to know? Is there any solution to recover from an unfinished task? I have killed the previous task by accident and all the output files are stored in the same dir<RM*>. And I wondered if there is a parameter just like the "-recoverDir" in RepeatModeler to continue my unfinished task? Helpful context

I am afraid not. This is something we will be considering adding in this next year as we work on a new RepeatMasker framework.
