2 years ago I'm sorry that you encountered this problem.
It looks like this line has been left in the program in this version by accident. You can safely edit the RepeatModeler program file and remove the line use Devel::Size ....
This issue should be fixed in the next version of RepeatModeler.

What do you want to know? I've meet the same problem as #106 when I try to run RepeatModeler and fixed it as the suggestion of @jebrosen , by relocate the RepeatMaster to the folder downloaded by hand instead of by conda. As you see, new problem with Devel/Size.pm emerged. Helpful context
