I have the complete results of a Repeat modeler run (version 1.0.9). All intermediate files are available with an intact folder structure. I would like to add the LTR search to the results but skip over the initial rounds of recon and repeat scout as I'm on a timeline. The initial run took almost a week due to limited resources.
Would it be possible to run the new version (2.0.3), with the -LTRStruct and -recoverDir options with the files produced by the previous run?
