$genomeDB-families.fa missing #192

Hi,

For some reason at the end of RepeatModeller consensi.fa.classified, families-classified.stk and rmod.log, are not moved/copied in the parent directory. Don't know why. I guess I could do it myself, but maybe there's a reason.
