Deprecated commandline option -t for likwid-pin #137

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. likwid-pin -t <arg>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A message that -t is deprecated would be nice or just remove it, instead the 
pinning starts but crashes with a SegFault. -t is not listed in the help text 
anymore
