Playlist Exchange Script

Summary

The PR contains three files:

playlistexchange.py
requirements.txt
README.md

Description

The script exchanges the songs and playlists from Youtube Music to Spotify by using YTMusicAPI, spotipy, fuzzywuzzy and pandas library.

The changes are as follows:

playlistexchange.py: Added logic to transfer musics and playlists from Youtube to Spotify
requirements.txt: Added all the dependencies
README.md - Updated the folder tree and added the working of the script
