I reordered the script list to be alphabetical and edited the file's content.

Description

Upon reviewing the script list in the README file, I realized many scripts needed to be in order. This is likely due to more contributors creating new scripts. I identified the scripts as out of order and reordered them so they are in alphabetical order. I also read through the entire README file to identify and fix any grammatical errors.

The changes are as follows:

• I capitalized all coding language names, such as Python and JSON, to comply with the style of writing accepted in the CS community.
• I made minor grammatical edits to the file to help create complete statements
• I reordered the following scripts: Auto Wifi Check, Display Popup Window, Image Text, JSON to YAML converter, Random Color Generator, Text Recognition, Umbrella Reminder, and Wikipedia Data Extractor
